I was very surprised with how friendly and courteous the staff was. My first visit, I placed a phone order and everything was ready when I arrived. They even helped me carry it to my car. My second visit, they were still just as friendly as ever! I will keep coming back!

I order at your Eastern Blv Location in Fayetteville NC for our company as well as personal, the orders are always on time the food is simply great, and the staff is fantastic. I have tried other companys and Baldinos rates Number one in service and quality of food and price. The staff helps carry the orders to the car.. This was my favorite place to eat when I was kid growing up in Hope Mills. Me and my wife have not had a sub in years from here. We stopped by the Ramsey St store to get our fix. The food was amazing! I had to post pictures of it on facebook! Anyhow I wish Baldino's would put a store in Lillington, Dunn, and Raleigh. I sure do miss the food! Nice staff and very clean establishment. Thank you! . - John

My husband recieved a coupon for a free combo in the mail. Having never been to Baldinos, we tried it. We came with our young daughter too. We didnt have much money so we were going to split the combo so we could both try the food. To our surprise, the manager brought us TWO combos and said she and the other employee got it for us!! They were THE nicest people I have EVER encountered at any restaurant!! The food was amazing too!! Our family will definately be returning to this location as soon as we can! Thank you to the employees there this day who helped us see that there are truly nice people in this world! - Carolina
